Accountabilities:

Design high-performing static and video creatives, primarily using Figma, for digital marketing campaigns and performance channels.
Collaborate closely with media buyers and product owners to interpret performance data and translate insights into effective creative concepts.
Contribute to copywriting efforts, including headlines and video ad scripts, to strengthen campaign messaging and impact.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and continuously improve visual strategies and ad performance.
Stay updated on AI tools, design trends, and emerging creative technologies to enhance output quality and innovation.
Organize, manage, and systematize creative assets for efficient reuse and tracking.
Adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment and take initiative on additional creative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role focused on digital and performance marketing.
Strong proficiency in Figma; experience with motion or video editing tools is a plus.
Solid understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing principles, and conversion-focused design.
Ability to write or contribute to persuasive marketing copy and ad scripts.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and apply insights creatively.
Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to integrate them into creative workflows.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills in a remote work environment.
Proactive, adaptable, and highly creative mindset with attention to detail.
