We are seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Services Success Manager to join our growing Professional Services team at Asana. The Services Success Manager plays a dynamic role in supporting our Accounts team to position paid Professional Services as a strategic driver of customer adoption and long-term success. This will encompass a range of activities from supporting the Services Selling motion through identifying customer needs and requirements, recommending Services-based solutions, streamlining supporting processes, and working with cross-functional and external Channel & Delivery Partners to achieve a smooth customer journey experience.

Successful candidates will have a track record of stellar personal organisation and motivation, strong executive presence, and the ability to build and grow cross-functional relationships. A background in SaaS implementation, Solutions selling, and in driving operational excellence are all strong advantages.

This role will be based in Dublin with an office centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. What you’ll achieve:

Advocate for the value of paid services with both customers and internal account teams (e.g., Account Executives, Customer Success Managers), clearly articulating how services accelerate adoption, drive account growth, and ensure high ROI from Asana for our customers
Collaborate with Account Teams to understand customer needs and recommend the right services solution—whether a packaged offering or a custom Statement of Work
Provide guidance and enablement to field teams on services offerings, ideal customer profiles, and how to position services alongside other Asana enablement motions
Periodically support delivery teams as a part-time Engagement Manager on complex implementations, in partnership with Implementation Managers
Understand deeply Asana’s community of third-party service partners, leveraging their expertise and experience in situations where they will provide the best customer experience and outcomes
Gather and synthesize feedback from customers to refine and evolve our services portfolio of offerings and go-to-market strategy
Regularly examine our end-to-end workflows of positioning, scoping, and selling Professional Services, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency, and own the implementation of those enhancements

About you:

5+ years in customer-facing SaaS roles, with experience scoping, selling, and/or delivering professional services in partnership with Account Executives and Customer Success teams
Proven ability to lead or support the full services sales lifecycle, including custom proposal development, pricing, and contracting (RFPs/RFIS, SOWs, Order Forms, etc.)

Solutions-oriented. You have a growth mindset, a high general business acumen for what drives success for our clients, and an aptitude for problem-solving in the face of ambiguity. A very strong tendency towards action and iteration over endless planning cycles.
Well-organized. You appreciate that there’s a lot going on at once, and keeping everything in your head won’t last long. You make time for capturing key information and next steps, ensuring you and your colleagues can jump right back into something with all the right context.
Cutting-edge. With all the new technology available today, you’re eager to leverage the latest & greatest tools for the job. You build with the intention of automating and leveraging technology where possible, reserving crucial steps for the humans.
Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.

Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between €85,000 - €109,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
