Summary: Reporting to the Head of Revenue and Profitability, the FP&A – Product Business Partner will be an integral part of the team’s success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Analysis

· Monthly revenue analysis for the Product categories at a Group and Country level, delivering KPI, revenue trend analysis and management insights.

· Monthly revenue analysis on Opportunities, Wins and Onboarding to give insights into future performance trends for the product category.

· Product Centre profitability analysis, reviewing revenue performances and cost allocations by department.

o Assist in managing profit center locations in terms of ensuring general ledger integrity for revenues posted and costs assigned.

· Develop analysis/ reports for products through Adaptive Planning to enable tailored analysis to support the product leadership with insights on revenue and contribution performance.

· Managing revenue and product/ profit center commentaries for monthly Group Reporting for product category.

Financial Reporting

· Drive accurate and timely reporting processes, ensuring compliance with Waystone Group Policy and reporting requirements.

· Maintain and manage the Adaptive Planning Revenue and Profit Center reporting suite for product category.

· Work with Country/ Product leadership and local business partners to develop.

o Revenue/ Contribution reporting and commentaries to support the Group’s monthly reporting.

o Revenue/ Contribution reporting and commentaries to support monthly country reporting.

o Revenue/ Contribution reporting and commentaries to support product reporting.

o Financial KPIs as defined by their requirements.

· Prepare and deliver the monthly Product reporting pack for product category.

Budgeting & Forecasting

· Partner with the wider FP&A/ Finance function and country/ product leadership for the annual budget process.

· Take a lead role in revenue and cost of sales budgeting for product category and work with all key stakeholders in the business to deliver the budgeted revenues and cost of sales by legal entity aligned to the group chart of accounts.

o Lead the inclusion of revenue/ contribution commentaries for the budget presentation deliverable to the Board and Executive.

· Review monthly forecasting for revenue and cost of sales through Adaptive planning coordinating with Business Partners, members of the finance team and other key business stakeholders.

· Lead quarterly revenue and cost of sales forecasting reportable to key company stakeholders delivering commentaries for the forecasting presentation deliverable to the Board and Executive leadership of the business.

Business Partnering & Collaboration

· Lead revenue/ product profitability inputs for strategic projects within the Group.

· Work closely with Country Business Partners and the wider FP&A Team to drive revenue and product profitability reporting and analysis.

· Collaborate with the Waystone Group Finance team by contributing to Group Policy & Procedure, Finance Transformation initiatives and participate in business wide projects as a Finance delegate.

· Collaborate with Country/ Product leadership and dedicated Business partners to provide financial guidance and contribute to the achievement of overall business objectives.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

· 5 years+ post qualified experience.

· Proven experience in a senior finance role with a focus on leadership and strategic financial management.

· A good communicator who can deliver important messaging to the business and is able to prepare financial presentations.

· Advanced proficiency in financial management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Sage Intacct, Adaptive Planning and Salesforce experience is preferable but not necessary.

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.

· A professional accounting qualification is preferred.
