About The Role

The main responsibility of the role is to support the full life cycle of the Commercial Mortgage Loan Business acting as a key link between the Front Office, Banks, Loan Agents, Treasury and our clients to ensure all loan activity is accurately posted to accounting systems and payments are made on time.

Responsibilities

Oversee day to day servicing of the North American and European Commercial Mortgage Loan portfolio: Daily remittance posting, Processing wire transfer requests, Loan payoff processing, Cash and Asset reconciliations.
Set up new loan onboardings in our internal systems based on the loan documents.
Reviewing and booking loan modifications and restructurings based on the loan documents.
Support both internal and external reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Partner with stakeholder groups across the Investments organization to help ensure optimal processes are in place to support each business unit, Investment Accounting, IT, Compliance, ORM and Internal & External Audit
Contribute to continuous process improvements, helping to identify automation or standardization opportunities
Participate in projects and initiatives related to systems, controls, or process enhancements

Skills and Qualifications

5+ Years experience working on a Commercial Mortgage Loan team either in an operations environment or working for a loan agent.
Excellent understanding of loan documentation requirements with respect to different loan types
Experience working with the SS&C Precision Loan Management system a distinct advantage.
Experience working with payments systems such as Custodian banking platforms and a working knowledge of SWIFT payment messages
Knowledge of Fixed income and loan products, settlement processes and projected activity related to these instruments.
Strong Microsoft Office Skills, advanced excel skills an advantage
Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline desirable

This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Dublin, Ireland office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
