Our Managers are at the heart of delivering complex transformation programmes for our clients. You'll lead workstreams, develop high-performing teams, build trusted client relationships, and help organisations successfully adopt new technologies, processes and ways of working.

As our Life Sciences team continues to grow, we are looking to hire an experienced Manager specialising in Change Management to support the delivery of high-impact transformation programmes across pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device organisations.

The opportunity

As a Manager at Gate One, you will play a key role in delivering complex transformation programmes for Life Sciences clients. Working alongside senior client stakeholders and Gate One leaders, you will help clients realise value from technology, data, AI and business transformation investments through effective change management and adoption strategies.

You will lead key workstreams and project teams, ensuring change activities are practical, measurable and aligned to business outcomes. Typical engagements may include enterprise-wide technology transformations, AI adoption, operating model change, commercial transformation, R&D transformation, organisational redesign and capability-building programmes.

Alongside client delivery, you will contribute to business development activities, help develop our Life Sciences Change Management capability, and support the growth and development of junior consultants.
